I met him in my elevator, realized he could really help us and within a week he was at our house updated our Mac’s, installing a new printer, and helping us install a Time Capsule to help back-up our computers. It was so nice to have such personalized service, to be able to ask all the questions we had, even if they were silly questions. Being able to be in the home environment and to make sure that environment worked perfectly was very comforting. David has also subsequently helped me by phone as well.
